Betty Schrecengost

Betty Elizabeth Schrecengost, 93, of Zelienople, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022, after a short stay at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Township.

Born July 28, 1928, in Mayport, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Thomas Albert Miller and Della Johns Miller.

Betty was a homemaker and dedicated herself to her family for her entire life. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

Betty leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughters, Judy (Larry) Miller, Lois (Hillis) Kaltenbaugh and Karen Schrecengost; her eight grandchildren; her numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and her brother-in-law, Clifford Schrecengost.

In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Lemuel Schrecengost; and her son, Ronald Eugene Schrecengost.

SCHRECENGOST — Services are private for Betty Elizabeth Schrecengost, who died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2022.

Betty will be laid to rest next to her husband at Butler County Memorial Park.

Donations in honor of Betty's memory may be made to the family.
