Butler County

County commissioners took the following official actions during Wednesday’s meeting:

Approved the following contracts:

A two-year agreement with Compucom Inc. for microfilming services for the Domestic Relations Office.

A three-year service agreement with Johnson Controls for a fire suppression system in the Information Technology data room at a rate of $1,280 per year.

A three-year contract with Dormakaba for preventative maintenance of the sliding doors in the Butler County Government Center at a rate of $366.20 per year.

A contract for in-home and community supports with Supports Coordination Group LLC at a rate of $8.08 per 15 minutes.

Approved the following contract amendments:

Correcting drug test costs in a professional services agreement with Glade Run Lutheran Services.

Decreasing funds for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program by $3.84 million and increasing funds for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program 2 b y $6.16 million.

Increasing program maximum with Catholic Charities HUD Home Again by $12.

Increasing costs for urine lab tests and oral fluid lab tests with Redwood Toxicology Laboratory.

Increasing rates by 4% for health and wellness fitness classes provided by the Butler Family YMCA, setting rates at $57 per class and no more than $500 per month for sponsored memberships.

Approved a room rental agreement with the Regional Learning Alliance in Cranberry Township for a half-day room rental for a hoarding training session for human service professionals at a cost of $900.

Approved the following administrative agreements with county municipalities:

With Summit Township for a $50,000 Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) grant to replace and redevelop Summit Elementary playground equipment

With Middlesex Township for a $204,500 DCNR grant to replace and redevelop Middlesex Township Park’s playground area.

With the City of Butler for a $100,800 DCNR grant to replace and redevelop playground equipment at Father Marinaro Park.
