Angelene Eppinger
Angelene “Angie” J. Eppinger, 79, of Zelienople, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, while under the good care of Passavant’s Abundant Life Center in Zelienople.
Angie is survived by her beloved and devoted husband of 28 years, William “Bill” J. Eppinger; her two children, Daniel (Kathy) Fritch and Amy (David) Pelletier; and was greatly loved by her eight grandchildren.
Angie was preceded in death by her son, David “Dave” M. Fritch.
Angie was a woman of great faith and a devout member of St. Gregory Catholic Church, where she dutifully served as a member of St. Anne Guild. She also served on Zelienople Borough Council during the 1990s, and was an avid league bowler.
She enjoyed baking, cooking, and sharing her skills with her grandchildren. Angie enjoyed sailing on Lake Erie with her husband in the summers, spending their winters in the Florida Keys and their many travels.
Angie was a lovely soul and friend to many.
EPPINGER — Friends of Angelene “Angie” J. Eppinger, who died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Gregory Church in Zelienople.
A private burial will be held for immediate family only in Arnold, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Meals on Wheels or Zelienople Community Park.
