Jill Madison Ford graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources from Elon University, Elon, N.C. She was on the president’s list and dean’s list, was a feature twirler, senior resident assistant, president of the Kappa Alpha Omicron Honor Society, SHRM-CP and was a member of the Student Union Board, Sigma Iota Epsilon Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Delta Honor Society and the Tau Upsilon Alpha Honor Society.

She is employed as a human resource consultant at Operations Inc.

Ford is a 2018 graduate of Butler High School.

She is the daughter of Douglas and Mary Ford of Butler.

She lives in Norwalk, Conn.
