Dorothy Morris

Dorothy A. Andrews Morris, 96, of Renfrew, formerly of Callery, passed away Monday morning, Jan. 17, 2022, at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Oct. 14, 1925, in East Liverpool, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Richard C. and Katheryn Willis Andrews.

Dorothy was a member of Old Union Presbyterian Church in Mars.

She enjoyed going to the senior center in Evans City.

She was a member of the Mars Chapter Order of the Eastern Star, which is now Woodland Chapter 164.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Miles G. Morris Jr., who passed away on Sept. 10, 2007; one sister, Louise Andrews; and one brother, Richard Andrews.

She is survived by one daughter, Louise Leonard of Renfrew; two sons, Miles G. Morris III of Renfrew, and Neil (Bonnie) Morris of Prospect; five grandchildren, Carrie Major, Neil Morris Jr., Kelly Miller, Rory Rieger and Kasey Leonard; and seven great-grandchildren.

MORRIS — Friends and relatives of Dorothy A. Andrews Morris, who died Monday, Jan. 17, 2022, will be received from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at A. CARL KINSEY-RONALD N. VOLZ FUNERAL HOME, 328 W. Main St., Evans City.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Old Union Presbyterian Church, 200 Old Union Church Road, Mars.

The family has suggested memorial donations be made to PARC Productions, 100 N. Washington St., Butler, PA 16001; or Old Union Presbyterian Church; or to Special Olympics of Butler County.

The family also has suggested masks be worn.
