Cornetti

David A. Cornetti, 74, of Allegheny Township, passed away on Jan. 12, 2022.

He was a son of the late William “Bill” and Irma (Nolf) Cornetti.

He was the beloved husband for 44 years to the late Carol J. (Heasley) Cornetti.

He is survived by Michael (Stacey) Cornetti, Todd (Sara) Cornetti and Jeffrey Cornetti (Lisa Nowak); his companion, Barb Jones; and his grandchildren, Aden, Eliana, Jackson and Kennedy.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, William K. Cornetti.

David had retired from AK Steel.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of American Legion Post 778.

He loved traveling, watching the Steelers and Pirates, playing cards, and visiting with family. David will be dearly missed.

CORNETTI — Friends of David A. Cornetti, who died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2022, will be welcomed by his family from 6 p.m. until the time of the blessing service at 8 p.m. Friday at CLAWSON FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTER, 170 Main St., Leechburg.

Private interment will be held at St. Catherine Cemetery in Gilpin Township.

The family requests that all visitors wear a mask.
