Kerr

Edna M. (Magee) Kerr, 79, of Butler, died at her home on Jan. 10, 2022.

She was born on July 24, 1942, in New Castle, and was the daughter of the late Dorothy and Harold Magee.

Edna graduated from Lincoln High School of Ellwood City, and then received her master’s degree in philosophy from Slippery Rock University.

Edna worked as an alternative health practitioner and spent many years researching genealogy.

In addition to her parents, Edna was preceded in death by her four brothers and sisters, and her ex-husband, Glenn Kerr.

Surviving are her brother, Gerry Magee of Portersville; her sons, Dane (Denise), Brad (Lori), and Ned (Lynda) Kerr; and her grandchildren, Shane, Dillon, Alex, Brayden, Levi, Seth and Kate.

Edna lived her life to the fullest, was one of a kind, and was always willing to help anyone she could.

KERR — Friends of Edna M. (Magee) Kerr, who died Saturday, Jan. 10, 2022, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2022, at SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
