Arabell P. Shearer

Arabell P. Shearer, 81, of Zelienople died peacefully at home Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021.

Born Dec. 7, 1940, in Dawson, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Clyde Foreman and Arabell Herbert Foreman.

Arabell was Christian by faith. She enjoyed Sudoku puzzles and playing bingo. She also loved listening to Elvis Presley and cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates. Above all, Arabell cherished the time she spent with her family. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Snow (Ken) Shearer, Kathleen Kinney, Robin Shearer and Billi Jo (Richard) Hall; her grandchildren, Christopher Cook and Ryan Grosse; her sister, Mary Roebuck; numerous nieces and nephews, and her granddogs, Rudy, Oreo and Rocky.

In addition to her parents, Arabell was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Shearer, who passed away April 8, 2020; and eight siblings.

Shearer — Friends of Arabell P. Shearer, who died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of the celebration of life service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

Arabell will be laid to rest with her husband, Bill, at Pinewood Memorial Gardens.

Memorial donations may be made in her honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
