Kenneth Wigton
Kenneth Wigton, 77, of Butler, passed away on Dec. 5, 2021, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
He was born Nov. 14, 1944, in Butler, and was the son of the late Elmer and Betty Brown Wigton.
Kenneth enjoyed spending time with his family and having coffee with his friends. He enjoyed working outdoors, cutting firewood, doing yardwork and taking rides in his Mustang.Kenneth graduated from Butler Senior High School in 1962, and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, where he later received an honorable discharge in 1966.He worked for Armco/AK Steel for 33½ years, until he retired in 2001.He is survived by two sons, Kenneth (Shannon) Wigton Jr. of Cabot and Jonathan Wigton of Butler; one daughter, Jennifer Lentz of Butler; four grandchildren, Madison and Nathan Lentz, Caitlin Kelley and Danialle DiGiacomo; his great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Donald (Carol) Wigton of Zelienople and Richard (Carol) Wigton of Renfrew.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald and Robert Wigton.WIGTON — A private ceremony was held for Kenneth Wigton, who died Sunday, Dec. 5, 2021.A memorial service will follow later.Arrangements were entrusted to Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E.
