Driver flown to UPMC Presbyterian after early morning Route 8 wreck
A pickup truck crossed several lanes of traffic on Route 8 at Airport Road and crashed into trees at the side of the road early Saturday morning.
911 received the call at approximately 1:29 a.m.
The driver was flown by STAT MedEvac to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, according to Penn Township Police Officer Jack Ripper.
