Butler Health System officials have announced that due to increased demand, the hours of COVID-19 testing at the Delwood Road location in Butler Township have been expanded.

Jana Panther, BHS spokeswoman, said that beginning Thursday, COVID-19 testing will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

In addition to weekends, the site will be closed on holidays.

The Delwood Road site, which was reopened on Aug. 31 due to an increase in local cases at that time, has been providing testing from 8 a.m. to noon.

A physician’s order is required for testing at the site.

Those with COVID-19 symptoms should contact their local care provider to obtain an order.
