Martha L. Brown
Martha L. Brown, 87, of Butler, passed away Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021, while under the care of the Advanced Care Center of Butler.
Born Dec. 12, 1933, in Curtisville, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles Foust and Annabelle Barger Foust.
Martha worked at a number of professions over her lifetime, including as a welder, waitress and cook, as a bus monitor for Valley Lines, and as a hospice caregiver. She was a certified nurse's aide.
She loved the Pittsburgh Pirates.
She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
Martha leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Deborah Jean (Raymond) Kuba of Mars, Jackie Ann (Leonard) Linn of Maysville, N.C., Candi Jane (Lynn) Robinson of Apollo, Fla., Carol (Joseph) Heckert of Butler, and John William Robinson III of Portersville; her 11 grandchildren; her six great-grandchildren; two sisters; one brother; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph R. Brown, who passed away April 11, 1999; three brothers; and two sisters.
BROWN — Friends of Martha L. Brown, who died Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Boylan Funeral Home and Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.
The family will lay Martha to rest at a later date at Lakewood Memorial Gardens in Cheswick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Advanced Care Center of Butler, 115 Technology Drive, Butler, PA 16001.
