Mary Wise

Mary Louise “Tudy” Fisher Wise, 82, of Butler, passed away Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, at her residence.

Born Nov. 1, 1939, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Violet Shakley Kohnen.

Mary was a member of All Saints Parish, St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.

She was employed as a sales representative for Carbo-Jet and U.S. Office Products.

Mary enjoyed traveling, going to the casino, and playing cards. Most of all, she loved being with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Donald L. Wise, whom she married Jan. 1, 2005; three children, Margie Wise of North Carolina, Donald E. Wise of Butler, and Angela Gross and her husband, Carl, of Butler; five grandchildren, Jessica Haskins and her husband, Sean, Zack Fisher and his wife, Maggie, Joseph McHale, Jordan Fisher and his wife, Katey, and Amanda McHale; and five great-grandchildren, Kayleigh, Mason, Connor, Addison and Caroline.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Nisa Fisher; one son, Paul “Sonny” Fisher Jr.; two brothers; and three sisters.

WISE — A blessing service for Mary Louise “Tudy” Fisher Wise, who died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler, with the Rev. Kevin C. Fazio officiating. Visitation will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will take place in Calvary Cemetery.
