JACKSON TWP — Seneca Valley School District's board of directors will retain the same officers as last year.

During a reorganization meeting Monday, directors who were reelected were sworn in, and the board nominated and voted on officers.

Eric DiTullio will once again serve as the board president, a position he has held since December 2020. Prior to that, DiTullio served as board vice president.

DiTullio said he was glad to be working with the same board as had been in office prior to the November election and said working together made them better public servants.

Serving as vice president again will be Jim Nickel, who, like DiTullio, has held that position since last December. Before becoming board vice president, Nickel served as board president.

No other person was nominated to serve either position, so only a voice vote was recorded.

Because the district did not take any official action aside from its annual reorganization, there was no chance for public comment.
