Danielle R. Leight

Danielle R. Leight, 52, of Butler, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021.

She was born on Jan. 7, 1969, at Butler Memorial Hospital, and was the daughter of Gloria Shaffer and the late Edward Leight.

Danielle was a lover of all things outdoors. She enjoyed camping, fishing and hunting. She loved goats, puzzles and Pittsburgh sports.

She is survived by her mother, Gloria Shaffer; her daughters, Katie Leight and Emilee Gould (Leight); her grandchildren, Amelia Scotece and Graesyn Gould; her sister, Nicole Leight; her nephews, Devin Leight and Darrion Frisby; and her niece, Lyrik Frisby.

She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Danielle was preceded in death by her father, Edward; her daughter, Haley; and her beloved feline companion, Luna.

LEIGHT — All services for Danielle R. Leight, who died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, will be held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
