Martha Ann Anderson

Martha Ann Anderson, 81, of Butler, passed away on Oct. 25, 2021.

She was born July 2, 1940, in North Washington, and was the daughter of the late Roy M. Hall and the late Mary Edna Wray Hall.

Ann graduated from Moniteau High School.

She retired after 25 years in 2006, from Allegheny Valley School.

Ann enjoyed spending time with family and friends, genealogy, bowling and crocheting.

Ann is survived by her son, Timothy Anderson of Tacoma, Wash.; two daughters, Leslie (Glenn) Miller of Butler, and Jacquelyn (Jay) Vaughn of Mesa, Ariz.; two grandchildren, Julia Vaughn and Timothy Anderson; a number of great- grandchildren; one sister, Mary Lou (Bob) Riffle of Ligonier; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Anderson, whom she married on July 31, 1965, and who passed away on July 8, 2012; one granddaughter, Jayme Vaughn; and one brother, Donald Hall.

ANDERSON — There will be no public visitation for Martha Ann Anderson, who died Monday, Oct. 25, 2021.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Private burial will take place at North Side Cemetery.

Arrangements were entrusted to Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
