U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-16th, will hold a tele-town hall on Medicare open enrollment at 6 p.m. Dec. 2.

Kelly will be joined on the call by officials from the Centers for Medicare & Medicade Services, the Social Security Administration and Pennsylvania Medicare Education & Decision Insight.

The forum will answer questions from both new and existing Medicare enrollees.
