New charges for man stabbed during alleged burglary
Two more sets of charges have been filed against a Clearfield Township man who was stabbed during an alleged burglary earlier this month.
State police filed the charges against Kurt Leinenbach, 35, who on Nov. 10 was found bleeding from a stab wound in his home.
Among the new charges, one set includes felony strangulation and misdemeanors of simple assault and terroristic threats. The other charges him with felony burglary and criminal trespass as well as misdemeanors of terroristic threats and simple assault.
These join three other sets of charges against Leinenbach, all revolving around a domestic incident at his girlfriend's home on the 100 block of South Main Street in Chicora. Leinenbach has yet to be arrested on these charges.
