Lois A. Siebert
Lois A. McCandless Siebert, 95, of Mars, passed away on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 6, 2021, at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars, with her family at her side.
Born June 17, 1926, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Esther Moreland Fischer.
Lois had been the office manager for Mars Manufacturing.
She was a member of the Mars Women's Club, and had attended the Nixon United Methodist Church.
Surviving are five daughters, Kathleen Reinagel of St. Petersburg, Fla., Jane Lutz (John) and Joan Willment, both of Butler, Susan McCandless of Alaska, and Robin Neese (Jeff) of Mars; two sons, David McCandless (Linda) of Apopka, Fla., and Scott McCandless (Cheryl) of Mars; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Milton C. McCandless, whom she married on Jan. 12, 1946, and who died on Sept. 26, 2002; her second husband, Andrew J. Siebert, whom she married on Oct. 15, 2010, and who died on April 15, 2017; a sister, Shirley Pinkerton; and two brothers, Richard and Stanley Fischer.
SIEBERT — Service and interment for Lois A. McCandless Siebert, who died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021, are private and arrangements are under the direction of McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.
