Nancy Claypoole

Nancy Carol Minehart Fair Claypoole, 68, of Petrolia passed away unexpectedly Sept. 1, 2021, at home.

Nancy was born on May 5, 1953, in Butler, and was a daughter of the late John J. Minehart and the late Fern E. Worsk Minehart.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Blaine H. “Ike” Claypoole, whom she married on Sept. 19, 1992; one daughter, Bessie Claypoole Stepp (Leroy Snow) of Petrolia; two sons, Christopher C. Fair (Olivia Rogers) of Freedom, and Charles L. (Lacie) Claypoole of West Deer; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Nancy is also survived by four sisters, Kathleen (Robert) Walker of Butler, Dorothy (William) Heidenreich of Butler, Brenda (Howard) Jaillet of Easley, S.C., Lois “Tish” (Gerry) Burris of Louisville, Ky., and Lois Ann (Richard) Larry of Pittsburgh.

Nancy was preceded in death by her son, Clarence R. Claypoole; and her grandson, Christopher R. Claypoole.

CLAYPOOLE — Services and burial were private for Nancy Carol Minehart Fair Claypoole, who died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2021.
