The Grove City Area Historical Association and Museum continues the 2021 Fall Speaker Series at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the society at 111 College Ave.

Area resident Grant McKnight, the leading supplier of infield playing surfaces to major league baseball teams and their affiliates, will be presenting. The presentation will last about half an hour and will be followed by questions and refreshments. Admission is free.

Music group cancels meeting

The Tri-County Country Music Association has canceled its monthly meeting, music and fellowship for October.

The meetings conducted at the Slippery Rock Township Community Building at 155 Branchton Road in Slippery Rock will return in November.
