Marsha Ruth Hall
Marsha Ruth Hall, 68, of Butler, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021, while under the care of Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born on Oct. 20, 1952, in New Castle, and was the daughter of the late William Vernon and Ruth Luella Prior Hall.
Marsha enjoyed many things, such as baking, cooking, making latch-hook rugs, riding horses, playing tee-ball and playing card games. She also loved coloring and creating crafts. Marsha also enjoyed spending time at the zoo, where she loved to feed the animals, especially the camels. Her favorite movie to watch was Disney's “Frozen,” and she enjoyed anything and everything to do with it.
Marsha will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her brother, Orlo Hall (Virginia) of Portersville; a sister, Nancy Jane Cool of Lancaster, Calif.; two nieces, Beverly Heasley (Joseph) and Deborah Hall (Jamie Kreutz); one nephew, Shawn Hall (Nadine); five great-nephews, Jacob, Joshua, Garret, Aiden and Braydon; and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Marsha's family would like to give special thanks to all the people who cared for and loved her at Allegheny Valley Schools.
HALL — A time of gathering for Marsha Ruth Hall, who died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021, will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Portersville Presbyterian Church, 1297 Perry Hwy., Portersville.
She will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Burial Estates in Butler.
Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
