Travis S. Fife
Travis S. Fife, 41, of Butler, passed away on Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, while under the care of Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born Sept. 11, 1979, in Butler, he was the son of Shaina Michelle Singer and the late Howard Chester Fife.
Travis was employed as a voice technician by the Armstrong Group of Companies.
He was a man of very broad range of interests. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and woodworking, but also enjoyed gaming, technology and computers. He loved the “Star Trek” movies.
Travis will be remembered as a down to earth man, who was a real people person, and always had something in common with you. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.
Travis leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 21 years, Pollie J. Fife, whom he married on Sept. 29, 1999; his sons, Shane Fife II and Zachary Fife, both at home; his stepfather, William Singer; his siblings, Howard Wayne Fife of Prospect, Brian (Becky) Fife of Beaver, Teena (Steven) Smithbauer of Follansbee, W.Va., and Mary (Hugh) Luster of New Wilmington; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, Travis was preceded in death by his brother, Shane Michael Fife.
FIFE — Friends of Travis S. Fife, who died Monday, Aug. 23, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Connoquenessing Township, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.
Additional visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dr. Tom Jones officiating.
Travis will be laid to rest at the Hemphill Cemetery.
