Boyers man indicted by grand jury for meth, gun

According to a news release from the U.S. Department of Justice, Daniel Dellich Jr., 46, of Boyers, received the two-count indictment Sept. 14 in a case. He is the lone defendant.
An indictment is an accusation. A defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
According to authorities, investigators with the FBI and state police found Dellich with a distributable amount of meth, and during his arrest he was found with a gun and ammunition, despite his being a convicted felon.
For the drugs, Dellich could see up to 20 years in prison, a fine up to $1 million or both, and for the guns, he could see up to 10 years in prison, a fine of $250,000 or both.
