Herbert W. Tack

Herbert W. Tack went home to be with the Lord on July 25, 2021.

He was born on Feb. 13, 1971.

Herbie was a beautiful soul with a smile that could light up a room. He loved all people, and could talk with perfect strangers as if he knew them forever. He loved spending time outdoors catching critters or fishing.

He will be missed greatly.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Tack of Tulsa, Okla.; and his children, Garland, Autumn, Nicholas, Matthew and Gabriel; and various grandchildren.

He is survived by his mother, Donna Tack of Hilliards; his brothers, William (Holly) Tack of Hilliards, Michael (Jennifer) Tack of East Butler and Matthew (Alli) Tack of Waynesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, William B. Tack; and his daughter, Jessica Tack.

TACK — There are two services to be held for Herbert W. Tack, who died Sunday, July 25, 2021. The first service was held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, 2021, at Mark Griffith Funeral Home, 4424 S. 33rd W. Ave., Tulsa, Okla. This service will also be on Facebook for people that cannot attend the Tulsa service, but would like to see it.

The second service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 20, 2021, at First United Methodist Church in Butler.
