John Jacobs

John C. Jacobs, 58, of Zelienople, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021, while under the care of Concordia at Villa St. Joseph in Baden.

Born Oct. 24, 1962, in Waynesburg, Greene County, he was the son of the late John H. Jacobs and Mary M. Phillips Jacobs.

For John, family was his No. 1 priority, and his daughter, Michelle, was his life. He was a fan of all sports, and he loved going to concerts, bowling with his friends and hunting.

John will be remembered as a kind and gentle man who lived his life on his own terms.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Michelle Jacobs; his siblings, Robert Jacobs of Sligo, Jeffrey Jacobs of Portersville, Claudia Blontz of Cranberry Township, Letha Schwab of New Castle, and Denise Hogue of Portersville; numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews; and his former spouse, Teresa Dambaugh Jacobs.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother, David Allan Jacobs; and his sister, Autumn Rae Jacobs.

JACOBS — According to his wishes, there will be no public services for John C. Jacobs, who died Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.
