Conrad Weser, 74, of Butler, passed away on Saturday, July 17, 2021.

He was born May 28, 1947, in Butler, and was the son of the late Harry and Eloise (Murdoch) Weser.

Conrad was a lifelong member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, and was an active member of the Knights of Columbus.

He enjoyed doing volunteer work. One of his proudest moments was when he received an award in 2004, presented by Catholic Charities, for outstanding volunteerism in our community for his service.

He was loved by all who met him, and will be greatly missed.

He was the beloved brother of Jean Meals of Turners Falls, Mass., and David Weser of Butler.

Conrad is also survived by his aunt, Ann Kirk; and his nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Weser.

WESER — A Mass for Conrad Weser, who died Saturday, July 17, 2021, will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St., Butler.

Arrangements are under the direction of SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Butler Area Public Library or the Blind Association.
