William Love
William G. “Greg” Love, 66, of Mars, passed away on Monday, June 28, 2021, at his home.
Born in Pittsburgh on Dec. 12, 1954, he was the son of the late William H. and Mary Ann Bauwin Love.
Greg had been a geologist for Vibra-Tech Engineering in Warrendale.
Greg was the best handyman in the world and almost daily helped his neighbors with home and other repairs.
He loved animals, especially his canine companion, Sophie.
“I shall pass through this world but once. Any good therefore that I can do or any kindness that I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer or neglect it for I shall not pass this way again.”
Surviving are his former wife, Gretchen Love in California; a sister, Susan Elaine Love of Butler; and many friends and neighbors who were like family to him.
He was preceded in death by his stepson, Josh Sheets.
