Preliminary hearings held Friday before O'Donnell

Seven preliminary hearings were held Friday before Magisterial District Judge William S. O’Donnell in Slippery Rock.

Benjamin Lee Hogg, 33, of Slippery Rock, waived his hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and three summary traffic violations filed May 28 by state police.

Lucas Anthony Watson, 20, of Monaca, was held for court on charges of DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor, minor prohibited from driving with alcohol in his system, restrictions on alcohol and several summary traffic violations filed May 30 by state police.

Donald Lee Burk, 51, of Petrolia, waived his hearing into charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and ignition interlock not equipped and impaired filed July 7 by state police.

Ryan Christina Gubba, 19, of Grove City, waived her hearing into charges of DUI, possession of alcohol by a minor and not using low beams filed April 25 by Slippery Rock police.

Kurtis Dale McClymonds, 34, of Portersville, was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct filed June 7 by Slippery Rock police.

Parker Lewis Lumley, 22, of Slippery Rock, was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct filed June 7 by Slippery Rock police.

William Carl Foster Jr., 55, of Greenville, waived his hearing into charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with no rear lights filed Nov. 29, 2020, by Slippery Rock police.
