John Wade

John R. Wade, 68, of Cabot, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2021, at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born April 19, 1953, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of George Wade and Jacqueline Johnson Wade.

John had worked as a laborer for Pittsburgh Metals. He loved his family, sitting on the porch with his wife, listening to Pink Floyd, and his cat, Daisy. John was a kind and generous man, willing to help anyone with anything.

Surviving are his wife, Debra Hinchberger Wade; his mother, Jacqueline Johnson Wade of Butler; his children, Heather Mason of Cabot, John D. Wade of Cabot and Heidi (Jason Mangel) Wade of Cabot; his brother, George Wade; three sisters, Carol (Wil) Salsgiver of Butler, Terri (Bill) Vollmer of Cabot and Pam (Bob) Walters of Slippery Rock; four grandchildren, Caleb, Abygail, Jacob and Grayson; and his brother-in-law, John P. Hinchberger III, of Cabot.

He is preceded in death by his father and one brother, Kevin D. Wade.
