Harrison Stull

Harrison M. Stull, 94, of Saxonburg, passed away on July 11, 2021, at Magnolia Place of Saxonburg.

Born Sept. 10, 1926, in Freeport, he was the son of Millard Stull and Katherine Campbell Stull.

Harry worked as a dumper operator at the U.S. Steel Sintering Plant in Saxonburg. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, serving in the Pacific and the occupation of Japan. He was a member of the Good Sam Travel Club. He enjoyed “monkeying around”: he could fix anything.Surviving are his children, Robert (LuAnn) Stull of Saxonburg, Barry Joe Stull of Portland, Ore., Barbara Thrower of Saxonburg and Bonnie (Butch) Yough of Spring, Texas; 14 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Evelyn Mittica Stull, whom he married Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23, 1950, the weekend of the “big snow”; one brother, Ralph Stull; and two sisters, Almeda Anthony and Kay Ross.Stull — A funeral service for Harrison M. Stull, who died Sunday, July 11, 2021, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg, with the Rev.
