Edith Ann Buchanan, 94, of Houston, Texas, formerly of Freedom, Pa., passed away Sunday, July 4, 2021, at St. John's Specialty Care Center in Mars.

She was born April 8, 1927, in Uniontown, Pa., the daughter of the late Mose Wischel Morrison and Minerva (Rutter) Morrison.

Surviving are several nieces and nephews in California, Virginia and Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, William Carl Buchanan, who died March 10, 1973; and four brothers, William, Robert, Thomas and George Morrison.

Buchanan — Service and burial will be private in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery for Edith Ann Buchanan, who died Sunday, July 4, 2021.
