Veterans Leadership Program, a 501(c)3 organization, is ready to assist veterans in need of rental payments, rental arrears, utility costs, moving costs, or emergency housing such as hotel stays if experiencing homelessness.

VLP received $1.03 million in additional funding from the Veterans Administration for the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program. VLP has operated the SSVF program since 2012 assisting thousands of Veterans and their families. VLP also has additional foundation and corporation funds available to assist veterans who are not eligible for the SSVF program.

Both SSVF and private funds will go toward assisting eligible veterans within the following counties: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Bedford, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Centre, Clarion, Clearfield, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Fulton, Greene, Huntingdon, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, McKean, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland.
