Butler Township is participating in National Night Out by inviting neighborhood residents to meet with fire fighters and police officers and the township commissioners from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 3 on Greenhill Drive.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes partnerships between first responders and community members.

Greenhill Drive will be closed for the duration of the event.

This is the seventh year Butler Township is participating in National Night Out.
