JEFFERSON TWP —Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host The Gibbons Band for a 4 p.m. free concert Aug. 8 at the Concordia at Cabot Haven II patio, 148 Marwood Road, (Entrance 5).

A happy hour will be held at 3 p.m. A food truck will also be on site, weather permitting, and parking is free and convenient to the patio.

The Gibbons Band specializes in swing music from the 1930s, '40s and '50s and will perform favorites from the big band era.

The concert will be held rain or shine. It will be moved indoors to the Haven I dining room if inclement weather occurs.
