David W. Miller

David W. Miller, 80, of Harmony, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, June 17, 2021, under the care of Hope Hospice.

Born March 31, 1941, in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Alfred and Ruth Meyer Miller.

David was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.

He received an honorable discharge in August of 1965, and was awarded the Good Conduct Medal.

On Feb. 28, 1970, David married his soulmate, Cathy Miller. They spent their lives side-by-side and enjoyed their coffee breaks every day.

David was also a farmer all of his life. He worked very hard every day. He enjoyed raising sheep and baling hay. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, Cathy, David is survived by his daughter, Carrie Mooney and her husband, Bill; his son, Charles Miller; his grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Madison, Hayden, Orion, Anita, Warren and Garrett; and his sister, Nancy Warner.
