Robert E. Glass
Robert E. Glass, 80, of Butler, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021.
He was born April 13, 1941, in Leechburg, and was the son of the late Alice Ross and Elmer Glass Sr.
Robert served his country honorably with the U.S. Army.
He enjoyed hunting, bowling, golfing, Lifetime TV and anything outdoors, especially camping.
Robert was known for being kind-hearted, honest and loved to joke. Above all, he loved to spend time with family, and staying extremely busy.
He was the loving husband of Rosella (Grafton) Glass; father of Bob “Robby” (Terri) Glass, Wesley (Barbara) Glass and Michael Glass; brother of Martha Jane Gauker, Marlene Schall, Kenneth Glass and David (Connie) Glass; and the grandfather of Jonathan, Sean, Alice, Wesley, Tracy, Rosa, Crystal and Aaron.
Robert is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and his beloved Chihuahua.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brenda Ciepiela, who passed away in 2020; his stepfather, William Ross; and two siblings.
