Prom Royalty: A-C Valley
Andrea Meals was crowned queen, and Eli Penny was crowned king during Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School’s prom on June 5.
Andrea is the daughter of Michael and Karen Meals of Foxburg. Eli is the son of Mike and Nicole Penny of Emlenton.
