Ronald Paul Horneman
On Thursday, April 8, 2021, Ronald Paul Horneman, a loving husband and father of four, was called home at the age of 78.
Ron was born on Jan. 1, 1943, in El Dorado, Pa., the son of the late John and Dorothy (Redic) Horneman. He is the youngest of his two brothers and one sister.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Beverly (Jameson) Horneman. Ron and Bev, high school sweethearts, were married on Feb. 20, 1965, in Parker. Ron is also survived by his children, Rhonda (Joplin) of Queen Creek, Ariz., Steven Horneman of Pueblo, Colo., and Richie Horneman of Gilbert, Ariz., and his six grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Ron was preceded in death by his daughter, Susanne Horneman, who at 52, passed away December 2020.
Ron worked tirelessly within many industries over the course of his professional career. His dedication and professionalism were always held in high regard and helped guide his family with their own aspirations.
Ron's religious faith, his love for the family dog, Bogie, participating in local chess tournaments and watching his favorite actor, John Wayne, were just a few of his many passions. His loving heart for all, his wonderful sense of humor and the love each of us felt from him will be deeply missed. May he forever be held in our hearts.
