Martha Ann Kane
Martha Ann Kane, 87, of New Castle, formerly of Portersville, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021, while under the care of Rhodes Estates in New Castle.
Born Oct. 5, 1933, in Middle Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Joy Domhoff and Cora Eiler Domhoff.
Martha worked in housekeeping at Evergreen Nursing Center in Harmony, until her retirement in 1992.
She is survived by her daughters, Louise (Michael) Sapp and Candy (Jake) Kummer; her grandchildren, Wesley Baker, Heather Nocera and Peter McGlashan; her brother, Oscar Domhoff; and her son-in-law, Wayne Peffer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Kane; her daughter, Bonnie Peffer; and two sons, Mark and Ray Kane.
KANE — In accordance with her wishes, there will be no viewing or services for Martha Ann Kane, who died Thursday, April 8, 2021.She will be laid to rest beside her husband at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park in Rochester, Pa.Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E.
