Philip Garvin Isaac

Philip Garvin Isaac, 67, of Eau Claire, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2021, at Forbes Hospital in Monroeville.

He was the beloved son of Genevieve Garvin-Isaac and the late Harold Read Isaac; the husband of Candy Isaac; loving brother of Donna (David Hosmer) Isaac, Helen (Greg) Sims and Alan (Miriam Monono) Isaac; and the cherished friend of Melonie D. Mackey.

He also leaves behind two stepchildren; two nieces; two nephews; one great-niece; and three great-nephews.

Philip was a principal software development engineer with Nuclear Fuels Software Development Group.

Philip was known for his dry, ironic sense of humor, and his kindness to all creatures.

He enjoyed traveling, and he was very curious about how everything worked, particularly science, math and the natural world.

He is sadly missed by family, friends and colleagues.
