Regina “Jean” Ann Gartner, 74, of West Sunbury passed away at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at her home.

Jean was born on Oct. 20, 1946, in Pittsburgh, and was the daughter of the late Albert and the late Stephana (Milbert) McLaughlin.

Jean is survived by two daughters, Jean Gartner and Beth Gartner, both of Evans City; one brother, David McLaughlin of Cabot; and her best friend and neighbor, Deb Anthony.

Jean was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Gartner, and her second husband, Roy O. Hall.

GARTNER — Services and burial were private for Regina “Jean” Ann Gartner, who died Wednesday, March 10, 2021.
