Linda Thompson, 71, of Butler, passed away Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospice of Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

Linda was born on May 26, 1949, in Washington, Pa. She was the daughter of the late James Ward and Lilly (Corbin) Ward.

She was a former manager of the Allegheny Valley Group Home in Slippery Rock.

Linda is survived by her husband, James O. Thompson; one daughter, Debbie Miller, of Butler; one stepdaughter, Patricia (Dean) Brown, of West Sunbury; two stepsons; Robert (Peg) Thompson of Slippery Rock and James (Deb) Thompson of Slippery Rock; five grandchildren, Ian, Christina, Dylan, Connor, and Abby; along with several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

Thompson — Funeral services and burial were private for Linda Thompson, who died Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021.

Burial was in the Slippery Rock Cemetery.

Arrangements were under the direction of William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
