Power strip likely cause of fire
An afternoon fire in the 400 block of Meadowview Lane, Center Township, resulted in no injuries Friday.
An afternoon fire in the 400 block of Meadowview Lane, Center Township, resulted in no injuries Friday.
Fire fighters on scene said the fire was likely caused by a power strip in the apartment unit that shorted out in a second-story bedroom.
While there were no injuries, fire fighters on scene said the fire caused some burning damage and smoke damage to the unit. The extent of the damage is unknown.
