Ann Marie (McQuillan) Sheehy

Ann Marie (McQuillan) Sheehy, 83, of Cranberry Township passed away peacefully on Jan. 17, 2021.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Marcella (Coyne) McQuillan.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years and best friend, David J. Sheehy.

She was the loving mother of Jeanine (Tony) Poleti, Patrick (Lee Ann) Sheehy and Maureen (Jim) Veverka; proud grandmother of Jennifer (Jared) Lindenberger, Tony (Sarah) Poleti, Tyler and Taylor Sheehy, and Allison, Sarah and Jack Veverka; and adoring great-grandmother of Lena Lindenberger and Layla Poleti.

Ann was the sister of the late James (Barbara) McQuillan; and sister-in-law of D. Michael (Diane) Sheehy and the late Edward C. (Janie) Sheehy.

She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ann Marie Sheehy was born March 23, 1937, in Chicago, Ill.

She graduated from Alverno College, and retired from Accredo Health Group.

Ann was a member of St. Ferdinand Church where she was a eucharistic minister, and enjoyed being involved with Comfort Blankets, Guess Who's Coming to Dinner and the White Elephant ministries. She especially loved spending time with her “Nutty Lunch Bunch” friends.

The family would like to thank Lutheran Senior Life Community (New Haven Court) in Zelienople, for the kind and loving care they provided Ann during the last two years.
