Janet L. Fredley

Janet L. Fredley (Morrow) of Alto, Mich., passed away Monday, Jan. 11, 2021, at the age of 88.

She was the beloved wife of the late Walter R. “Jake” Fredley; cherished daughter of the late Harold and Estella Morrow; devoted mother of Valerie Phillips, Kevin (Bev) Fredley and Sherry (Brian) Petre; loving grandmother of Richard Phillips, Heather (Aaron) Suhor, Dustin (Megan) Fredley, Rachel (John) Adams, Jason Fredley and Lauren (Doug) Decker; treasured great-grandmother of Jake (Hannah) Phillips, Ian Suhor, Quinn Fredley, Braxton and Paisley Adams, and Peyton Hoover; and the dear sister of the late Eugene Morrow, Elsie Crider and Carole Owings.

Janet was a volunteer for the City of St. Peters for over 20 years, a member of the Military Widows Group of St. Peters, and of the Red Hat Society.

She was a graduate of the Mars High School Class of 1950.

She enjoyed bowling, puzzles and reading.

Janet was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

FREDLEY — Arrangements for Janet L. Fredley (Morrow), who died Monday, Jan. 11, 2021, are under the direction of Baue Funeral Home, St. Charles, Mo.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the funeral home does require all family members and guests to wear a mask while visiting our facilities. Social distancing is required, and guests should stay at least six feet apart. Thank you for your understanding.

Pallbearers will be Richard Phillips, Dustin Fredley, Jason Fredley, Phillip Blankenship, Kurt Owings and Roger Crider.

Memorials may be made in Janet’s name to Spectrum Health Foundation, Attn: Hospice, 25 Michigan NE, Suite 4100, Grand Rapids, MI 49503, or the St. Charles Lions Club, 520 N. Benton Ave., St. Charles, MO 63301.
