Ida Dominsky
Ida Dominsky, 88, of Butler passed away, Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born July 9, 1932, in Italy, she was a daughter of the late Guiseppe DeFrancisis and Cesira (DeClemente) DeFrancisis.
Ida had worked in the food service department for the Butler Area School District, at the Intermediate High School building cafeteria.
She was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
She had dedicated her life to caring for the needs of her special needs son, Jeffery, and had enjoyed bowling and cooking.
Surviving are her sons, Larry (Pam) Dominsky of Olean, N.Y., and Jeffery Dominsky of Slippery Rock; one daughter, Linda (Edward) Musko of Butler; four grandchildren, John Dominsky, Sarah Lynn Dominsky, Brandon (Julianna) Musko and Bryan Musko; one great-grandson, Nolan; one brother, Mario (Patricia) DeFrancisis; and one sister, Joanne (Tom) Conley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Dominsky; one brother, Angelo DeFrancisis; and one sister, Flora Sapar.
DOMINSKY — Private services for Ida Dominsky, who died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2021, will be held for her family.
Arrangements are under the direction of Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.
