Eleanor Leech
Eleanor Leech, 84, of Butler passed away on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2021, surrounded by family.
She was born Jan. 10, 1936, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Albert and Ruth Ealy.
Eleanor worked as a seamstress until her retirement.
She belonged to St. Peter R.C. Church of Butler her entire life.
She enjoyed painting, hunting, camping, bingo and was known to be an excellent cook. Above all else, her favorite pastime was to decorate the house and personalize her home.
She was the loving wife of Samuel Ietto, whom she married on March 1, 2003.
Eleanor was the mother of Ruth (Terry) Gardner, Joan (Dennis Rettig) Lindsay, Barbara (Michael) McMenamin, Cyril Leech and Mary Jo Stegall; and her stepson Randy (Lisa) Ietto.
She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, James Leech, who passed away in 2001.
