Nancy Schnur

Nancy Schnur, 80, of Butler passed away at home on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 20, 1940, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late William and Betty (Eury) Gardner.

Nancy enjoyed puzzles and arts and crafts. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family. She was known to be the matriarch that held the family together.

Nancy was the beloved wife of James Schnur, whom she married in 1958; mother of Pam Maskal, James (Andrea) Schnur Jr., William (Lora Mann) Schnur, Bryan (Meghan) Schnur and Sandee (John) Heavner; grandmother of Joshua, Justin, Zachary, Spencer, Makenzie, Bryton, Marah, Joey, Colton and Austin; and the great-grandmother of Ella, Alexandra, Julia and Alexander.

She was loved and will be greatly missed.

SCHNUR — Arrangements and burial for Nancy Schnur, who died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, were held privately and were handled by SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
