Robert McMurray Jr.
Robert Wilson McMurray Jr., 48, of Portersville passed away at his residence early Wednesday morning, Dec. 23, 2020.
Born Dec. 30, 1971, in McKees Rocks, he was the son of Robert Wilson and Katherine Oresick McMurray Sr. of Portersville.
Throughout his career, he was a truck driver and mover, most recently working for Atlas Specialized Transport Inc. He enjoyed traveling for work, but always loved to be home with his family.
He was a 1990 Slippery Rock High School graduate.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and collected all kinds of Steelers memorabilia.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Ronald (Krista) Adams of Ohio, Derek (Linda) Adams of Harlansburg, and Deborah (Bill) McCarthy of California; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Daryl McMurray.
MCMURRAY — Visitation for Robert Wilson McMurray Jr., who died Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, will be held from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m. Monday at Raisley Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 387 Main St., Prospect, with the Rev. Dana Opp, pastor of the Portersville Presbyterian Church, officiating.
